Playa del Carmen, Solidaridad, 19 de septiembre de 2022.- La presidenta municipal Lili Campos recibi\u00f3 hoy el t\u00edtulo de propiedad del predio que ocupa el DIF Solidaridad. El documento fue entregado por el titular de la Agencia de Proyectos Estrat\u00e9gicos de Quintana Roo (Agepro), Jos\u00e9 Alberto Alonso Ovando.<\/span><\/p>

La presidenta Lili Campos agradeci\u00f3 al gobernador Carlos Joaqu\u00edn su inter\u00e9s, porque que Solidaridad contin\u00fae trabajando a favor de los m\u00e1s necesitados. \u201cHoy se hizo realidad el sue\u00f1o de la familia DIF en Solidaridad. Aqu\u00ed est\u00e1 el t\u00edtulo de propiedad. Gracias al equipo que trabaj\u00f3 para que esto fuera posible, a regidores, al \u00e1rea jur\u00eddica, a Rosita presidenta del DIF, que desde abril ven\u00edan trabajando en esto\u201d, expres\u00f3 la presidenta.<\/span><\/p>

Por su parte la presidenta honoraria del DIF Solidaridad, Rosita Escobedo Campos, dijo que hoy todos quienes trabajan en este organismo celebran la buena noticia de que el predio que ocupa ya sea oficialmente suyo. \u00abCreo que es una buena nueva para todos nosotros, estamos presenciando un momento hist\u00f3rico que va a beneficiar a cada uno de nosotros y a las familias solidarenses\u201d, extern\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>

Con el t\u00edtulo de propiedad el gobierno municipal, que desde el 2004 se encontraba en tr\u00e1mite, ya cuenta con la certeza jur\u00eddica del predio. Gracias a la agilizaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites y gestiones, ahora se podr\u00e1 invertir a favor de las familias solidaridenses, brindando m\u00e1s espacios de calidad para todos. El predio se encuentra en cruzamiento de la Av. 8 norte y Av. 30.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
