Chetumal, Q. Roo a 17 de octubre. \u2013 Con el firme compromiso de dotar de todas las facilidades a las y los trabajadores, as\u00ed como impulsar su capacidad, como ha indicado la presidenta municipal Yensunni Mart\u00ednez Hern\u00e1ndez; este lunes inici\u00f3 el taller de capacitaci\u00f3n \u201csensibilizaci\u00f3n para mejorar el clima organizacional y laboral\u201d, llevado a cabo a trav\u00e9s de la direcci\u00f3n de profesionalizaci\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n del Ayuntamiento othonense.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, la directora Norma Nela Lor\u00eda Acosta, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que una de las principales encomiendas de la alcaldesa municipal, es brindar a los trabajadores un espacio laboral sano y para ello es primordial aprender estrategias para lograr la convivencia en armon\u00eda como estipula el segundo eje prioritario de la presente administraci\u00f3n othonense en el sentido de impulsar el beneficio y la justicia social.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

En este aspecto, explic\u00f3 que los temas que abordan en este curso son: \u201cresoluci\u00f3n asertiva de conflictos\u201d, \u201cempat\u00eda y ambiente laboral positivo\u201d, as\u00ed como \u201cmedidas de seguridad en el \u00e1mbito laboral\u201d; y es impartido los d\u00edas 17 y 18 de octubre en el aula de capacitaci\u00f3n ubicada en el palacio municipal con total de cuatro horas de estudio.<\/span><\/p>

Lor\u00eda Acosta tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n para la realizaci\u00f3n de este taller, de la titular del Centro Estatal de Prevenci\u00f3n del delito y Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana, Virginia Cabrera Ram\u00edrez; y la titular del fortalecimiento Institucional y Social del Gobierno del Estado, Iracema G\u00f3mez Rodr\u00edguez; as\u00ed como la instructora del curso, Claudia S\u00e1nchez Mart\u00edn; y agradeci\u00f3 la presencia de la regidora Cindy Livier Yah May.<\/span><\/p>

A su vez, la secretaria ejecutiva del sistema municipal de protecci\u00f3n integral de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes en Oth\u00f3n P. Blanco (SIPINNA), Guadalupe Higareda Basulto, resalt\u00f3 la importancia de la realizaci\u00f3n de estos talleres que brindan mejor actitud en el ambiente laboral y personal de las y los trabajadores que forman parte importante en la construcci\u00f3n del municipio que todas y todos queremos.<\/span><\/p>
