Playa del Carmen, Solidaridad, a 09 de enero de 2022.-* Con el objetivo de evitar aglomeraciones para prevenir contagios por Covid-19 ante el regreso al color amarillo en el sem\u00e1foro epidemiol\u00f3gico estatal, el gobierno de Solidaridad, encabezado por Lili Campos, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica y Tr\u00e1nsito Municipal, ofrece un mejor servicio de tr\u00e1mite y\/o renovaci\u00f3n de licencia de conducir, al implementar la atenci\u00f3n y las citas v\u00eda WhatsApp.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

A trav\u00e9s del n\u00famero 984 151 6115, los ciudadanos podr\u00e1n mandar un mensaje por dicha plataforma, en el que primero deber\u00e1n indicar qu\u00e9 tipo de tr\u00e1mite desean realizar, para despu\u00e9s enviar su nombre completo y los documentos en formato PDF que se solicitan de acuerdo al tr\u00e1mite a realizar; esto ser\u00e1 \u00fanicamente para corroborar que est\u00e9n completos y sean los correctos, pues deber\u00e1n llevarse el d\u00eda de su cita.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Posteriormente, la Direcci\u00f3n de Tr\u00e1nsito responder\u00e1 agendando d\u00eda y hora para dar continuidad a la solicitud; es decir, si se trata de licencia nueva, la cita ser\u00e1 para la aplicaci\u00f3n de los ex\u00e1menes correspondientes, y si se trata de renovaci\u00f3n, la cita ser\u00e1 \u00fanicamente para recoger el pl\u00e1stico y efectuar el pago correspondiente.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Con ello, el gobierno de Solidaridad, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica y Tr\u00e1nsito Municipal, ratifica su compromiso con la salud de los ciudadanos y aplica estos protocolos sanitarios dentro de sus instalaciones para cuidar la salud de trabajadores y usuarios.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
