Isla Mujeres, Quintana Roo, 26 de septiembre de 2023.- En el marco de la conmemoraci\u00f3n del D\u00eda Naranja, la presidenta municipal de Isla Mujeres, Atenea G\u00f3mez Ricalde, hizo un llamado a las mujeres, adolescentes y ni\u00f1as a no permitir ning\u00fan tipo de violencia en su contra, y, en cambio, solicitar apoyo a las instancias correspondientes para romper el c\u00edrculo de violencia en caso de padecerla.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

La alcaldesa las convoc\u00f3 a unirse y sumar esfuerzos, al dejar claro que en su Gobierno no se tolerar\u00e1 ning\u00fan tipo de violencia contra las mujeres, \u00abquiero que sepan que no est\u00e1n solas, en m\u00ed y en mi gobierno siempre contar\u00e1n con una mano amiga\u00bb, refiri\u00f3 la alcaldesa isle\u00f1a. A su vez, destac\u00f3 la importancia de fomentar la cultura de la denuncia a trav\u00e9s de la direcci\u00f3n de Prevenci\u00f3n del Delito.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

La mencionada direcci\u00f3n visit\u00f3 los comercios en el mercado de la colonia El Ca\u00f1otal, en donde se dio a conocer el trabajo que realiza el Grupo Especializado en Violencia Familiar y de G\u00e9nero (GEAVIG), recalcando la importancia de que las mujeres denuncien en caso de vivir alg\u00fan tipo de violencia, por ello, se entregaron tr\u00edpticos informativos sobre como enfrentar este tipo de situaciones. Tambi\u00e9n se inform\u00f3 sobre c\u00f3mo identificar riesgos y realizar reportes de forma segura y confidencial.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Sin embargo, Atenea G\u00f3mez, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, en caso de ser v\u00edctimas de violencia de cualquier tipo, pueden acudir a los Centros de la Mujer en el municipio, para recibir atenci\u00f3n y apoyo por parte de personal calificado.<\/span><\/p>

En los Centros de la Mujer, adem\u00e1s de una atenci\u00f3n oportuna y de calidad, las mujeres reciben acompa\u00f1amiento psicol\u00f3gico, asesor\u00eda jur\u00eddica y oportunidades de capacitaci\u00f3n que contribuir\u00e1n a su empoderamiento y autonom\u00eda econ\u00f3mica, permiti\u00e9ndoles romper y salir del c\u00edrculo de violencia para acceder a una mejor calidad de vida.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
