Canc\u00fan, Q. R., a 22 de octubre de 2023.- Por su belleza natural, calidez de servicio y gran recibimiento a los turistas nacionales e internacionales, Canc\u00fan se encuentra nominado en distintas categor\u00edas en el 30 aniversario de los World Travel Awards, posicion\u00e1ndolo como uno de los polos vacacionales m\u00e1s importantes del mundo, anunci\u00f3 la Presidenta Municipal, Ana Paty Peralta.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

La Alcaldesa destac\u00f3 que estas nominaciones son gracias al trabajo diario y en conjunto entre autoridades, iniciativa privada y colaboradores de la rama de servicio, tanto para impulsar la industria tur\u00edstica, como para contribuir en la conservaci\u00f3n de los ecosistemas, que son el principal atractivo de la ciudad.<\/span><\/p>

En esta edici\u00f3n del m\u00e1ximo sello de excelencia en la industria, apunt\u00f3 que Canc\u00fan competir\u00e1 en las categor\u00edas: Destino de playa l\u00edder en el mundo 2023, Destino urbano l\u00edder en el mundo 2023 y Destino de reuniones y conferencias l\u00edder en el mundo 2023.<\/span><\/p>

Adem\u00e1s, Ana Paty Peralta inform\u00f3 que la ciudad es el destino por excelencia del Caribe Mexicano y uno de los m\u00e1s importantes a nivel mundial, cuyo \u00e9xito se ve reflejado con un crecimiento del siete por ciento en la infraestructura hotelera, en comparaci\u00f3n con 2022; as\u00ed como un aumento del cuatro por ciento en el n\u00famero de habitaciones de hotel en comparaci\u00f3n con el a\u00f1o pasado.<\/span><\/p>
