trav\u00e9s del programa de M\u00e9dico en Tu Casa se brind\u00f3 atenci\u00f3n a 30 mil 146 personas que, por su condici\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, geogr\u00e1fica, f\u00edsica o mental de salud, no pueden acudir a las unidades m\u00e9dicas a solicitar atenci\u00f3n, subray\u00f3 la secretaria de Salud Alejandra Aguirre Crespo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Explic\u00f3 que, a trav\u00e9s de estas visitas domiciliarias, durante este lapso de tiempo, igualmente se otorgaron 15 mil 322 consultas, y para el control de comorbilidades por enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas a personas en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad, se aplicaron 92 mil 557 detecciones de enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas (diabetes, obesidad, hipertensi\u00f3n).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Especific\u00f3 que en este grupo de pacientes las detecciones de glucosa, presi\u00f3n arterial y obesidad se realizaron a fin de conocer el estado de salud y darles el seguimiento adecuado.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hizo notar que, para el seguimiento y control de comorbilidades por enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas, se hace hincapi\u00e9 en los pacientes mayores de 60 a\u00f1os en condiciones de aislamiento o que no tengan red de apoyo, para acudir a una atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, as\u00ed como la entrega de medicamentos<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adicionalmente, a\u00f1adi\u00f3, en este per\u00edodo se otorgaron 14 mil 322 servicios de atenci\u00f3n en psicolog\u00eda, nutrici\u00f3n, terapia f\u00edsica y atenciones de salud dental a cargo de las Unidades M\u00e9dicas de Atenci\u00f3n Domiciliaria (UMAD). Los beneficiados de estos servicios fueron pacientes, de los municipios de Oth\u00f3n P.
