Puerto Aventuras, Solidaridad, 18 de noviembre del 2023.- La presidenta Lili Campos, en compa\u00f1\u00eda del alcalde Gilberto G\u00f3mez, devel\u00f3 la placa conmemorativa del estadio de b\u00e9isbol \u201c\u00c1ngel G\u00f3mez Rodr\u00edguez\u201d pioneros y fundador de Puerto Aventuras, promotor del deporte y luchador social quien gestion\u00f3 los primeros servicios p\u00fablicos en la comunidad.<\/span><\/p>

Lili Campos record\u00f3 que ciudadanos hicieron llegar la iniciativa al Cabildo proponiendo que el campo de b\u00e9isbol lleve el nombre de \u00c1ngel G\u00f3mez Rodr\u00edguez. \u201cHoy estamos aqu\u00ed develando esta placa en su nombre; \u00e9l fue un luchador social, promotor del deporte, de los primeros servicios p\u00fablicos, como la apertura de calles y la creaci\u00f3n de lo que hoy es este estadio de b\u00e9isbol\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

El alcalde Gilberto G\u00f3mez agradeci\u00f3 a la autoridad municipal, a los ciudadanos y a sus familiares presentes, el honrar la memoria de su padre con tal distinci\u00f3n, pues mucho esfuerzo y lucha para conseguir que en ese entonces la comunidad siguiera creciendo hasta convertirse, por acuerdo pol\u00edtico de Lili Campos, en la alcald\u00eda de Puerto Aventuras.<\/span><\/p>

Este acto protocolario el regidor Marciano Toledo S\u00e1nchez record\u00f3 que don \u00c1ngel fue un hombre aguerrido, de trabajo, de esfuerzo, qui\u00e9n no se doblegaba ante nada.
