Chetumal, Quintana Roo. – En conferencia magistral celebrada en el sal\u00f3n de sesiones del Congreso del Estado, la se\u00f1ora Irinea Buend\u00eda Cortez comparti\u00f3 su testimonio de lucha en busca de justicia por el feminicidio de su hija Mariana Lima Buend\u00eda, a trav\u00e9s de un resolutivo de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n el cual establece que toda muerte violenta de mujeres en M\u00e9xico deber\u00e1 investigarse como feminicidio.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

En este marco, el diputado Humberto Aldana Navarro, presidente de la Junta de Gobierno y Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica (JUGOCOPO) se pronunci\u00f3 por continuar trabajando para generar espacios libres de violencia y fortalecer las acciones para elevar las masculinidades a un nivel de protecci\u00f3n integral hacia las mujeres.<\/span><\/p>

Buend\u00eda Cortez comparti\u00f3 con las personas asistentes la lucha social y jur\u00eddica que ha emprendido por m\u00e1s de 13 a\u00f1os para lograr el acceso a la justicia para su hija y todas aquellas mujeres v\u00edctimas de violencia.<\/span><\/p>

Detall\u00f3 que la Primera Sala de la SCJN estableci\u00f3 el est\u00e1ndar para que toda muerte violenta de mujer sea investigada con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, sin duda un importante desaf\u00edo para lograr que esto fuera aplicado particularmente, en la investigaci\u00f3n de la muerte violenta de su hija Mariana Lima Buend\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>

En su intervenci\u00f3n, la diputada Mildred \u00c1vila Vera, presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica, Protecci\u00f3n Civil y Bomberos dijo que es necesario acabar con la impunidad para evitar que casos como el de Mariana Lima Buend\u00eda se sigan repitiendo.<\/span><\/p>

\u201cLa participaci\u00f3n que la se\u00f1ora Irinea nos viene a dar a Quintana Roo, nos demuestra que es posible llegar a la verdad de las investigaciones, que s\u00ed podemos hacer ese trabajo de sanear a las instituciones no solo de la corrupci\u00f3n sino tambi\u00e9n de la desidia de la injusticia\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
