class=\"premium-title-text\" >\r\n\t\t\t\t\tSe realiz\u00f3 la octava sesi\u00f3n ordinaria del Consejo Catastral de Benito Ju\u00e1rez en el \u201cSal\u00f3n Presidentes\u201d del Palacio Municipal\t\t\t\t<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h5>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-3b55d070 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fueron presentadas las bases y convocatoria para el registro del padr\u00f3n de peritos deslindadores, valuadores y verificadores de la Direcci\u00f3n de Catastro, las cuales fueron avaladas por unanimidad por todo el Consejo Catastral, ya que dar\u00e1n servicios a los ciudadanos con relaci\u00f3n a ciertos tr\u00e1mites municipales.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En ese tema se indic\u00f3 que se detallan los requisitos del perfil que deben tener esos profesionistas, como experiencia m\u00ednima de cinco a\u00f1os, residencia m\u00ednima en el municipio, adem\u00e1s de estar registrado en el padr\u00f3n estatal y en el Colegio de Valuadores Corredores, entre otros.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n se precis\u00f3 que se estar\u00e1n recibiendo las solicitudes de registro en el mes de marzo.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Por otro lado, se aprobaron por unanimidad las actualizaciones del representante titular y su suplente del Colegio de Arquitectos Canc\u00fan A. C. en el Consejo Catastral, en el que estar\u00e1 como titular el arquitecto Alfonso Acosta Muruato; mientras que de la C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria de Desarrollo y Promoci\u00f3n de Vivienda (CANADEVI) delegaci\u00f3n Quintana Roo, ser\u00e1 el arquitecto Antonio Leonardo Garrido Hurtado.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n por unanimidad, aceptaron la integraci\u00f3n de tres nuevos miembros del Consejo Catastral de Benito Ju\u00e1rez, los cuales son: Colegio de Corredores del Estado de Quintana Roo, cuyo representante titular ser\u00e1 Manuel Ernesto N\u00fa\u00f1ez Cervantes; C\u00e1mara Mexicana de la Industria de la Construcci\u00f3n (CMIC) delegaci\u00f3n Quintana Roo, en la que el representante titular ser\u00e1 Ausy Yazm\u00edn Pat; y Confederaci\u00f3n Patronal de la Rep\u00fablica Mexicana (COPARMEX) Quintana Roo, en la que su representante titular ser\u00e1 Ang\u00e9lica Fr\u00edas V\u00e1zquez.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Por \u00faltimo, se votaron por unanimidad dos recursos de revisi\u00f3n de aval\u00faos de predios en las supermanzanas 60 y 265.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asisti\u00f3 la Presidenta Municipal; el Director de Catastro; el Tesorero Municipal; el S\u00edndico Municipal; la Secretaria Municipal de Ecolog\u00eda y Desarrollo
