Como parte de las iniciativas para promover el bienestar animal, el Gobierno Municipal que encabeza la alcaldesa Atenea G\u00f3mez Ricalde, realiz\u00f3 una exitosa Jornada de Esterilizaci\u00f3n gratuita en el Centro Comunitario de Zona Continental<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde temprana hora, familias isle\u00f1as acudieron con sus mascotas, espec\u00edficamente con sus perros y gatos, a la Jornada de Esterilizaci\u00f3n, organizada por la Representaci\u00f3n de Gobierno en la Zona Continental en coordinaci\u00f3n con Madison Group.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este programa gratuito, tuvo como objetivo disminuir el abandono de animales y apoyar la econom\u00eda de las familias, as\u00ed como fomentar la responsabilidad c\u00edvica de mascotas.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Representante de Gobierno de Zona Continental, Gaspar Kumul Ay, inform\u00f3 que la jornada de esterilizaci\u00f3n registr\u00f3 una buena respuesta por parte de las familias de Ciudad Mujeres, quienes fueron convocadas a trav\u00e9s de las redes sociales y previamente solicitaron su registro.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cLa jornada inici\u00f3 desde las 08:00 horas y continuar\u00e1 durante todo el d\u00eda. Hasta el cierre de las 16:00 horas se han atendido un total de 135 mascotas\u201d, destac\u00f3 Kumul Ay.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Gobierno Municipal est\u00e1 comprometido con el cuidado y bienestar de las mascotas, por ello se construye el primer Centro de Bienestar Animal que est\u00e1 pr\u00f3ximo a ser terminado en su primera etapa, el cual no ser\u00e1 solamente un refugio para las mascotas en situaci\u00f3n de calle sino tambi\u00e9n ofrecer\u00e1 diversos servicios como est\u00e9tica Canina, vacunaci\u00f3n y esterilizaci\u00f3n, los cuales
