2025.-Con el objetivo de fortalecer la administraci\u00f3n catastral, el Gobierno Municipal, que encabeza la alcaldesa Atenea G\u00f3mez Ricalde, llev\u00f3 a cabo la instalaci\u00f3n del Consejo Catastral Municipal para el periodo 2024-2027.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Presidenta Municipal, subray\u00f3 la importancia de trabajar de manera coordinada entre instituciones p\u00fablicas, colegios profesionales y la sociedad civil, para modernizar los servicios catastrales en el municipio.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atenea G\u00f3mez, explic\u00f3 que este \u00f3rgano ser\u00e1 esencial para implementar un manejo eficiente y actualizado del catastro, con una visi\u00f3n que impulse el crecimiento ordenado y sostenible de Isla Mujeres.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Consejo est\u00e1 conformado por representantes del sector p\u00fablico y expertos del \u00e1mbito privado, quienes trabajar\u00e1n de manera conjunta para dise\u00f1ar estrategias que apoyen la transformaci\u00f3n de Isla Mujeres, siempre bajo el principio de la sostenibilidad.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por su parte, Ricardo L\u00f3pez Rivera, Director General del Instituto Geogr\u00e1fico y Catastral del Estado de Quintana Roo, destac\u00f3 la importancia de las plataformas catastrales para comprender la realidad territorial del municipio.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u201cEste Consejo nos permite identificar \u00e1reas de crecimiento, oportunidades y establecer pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas efectivas. El objetivo es lograr ciudades m\u00e1s ordenadas y un desarrollo sustentable que no quede solo en palabras, sino que se traduzca en acciones concretas.\u201d<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><br
