Comprometido en la conservaci\u00f3n y certificaci\u00f3n de las playas del municipio, hoy el Gobierno de Isla Mujeres, encabezado por la Presidenta Municipal, Atenea G\u00f3mez Ricalde, llev\u00f3 a cabo la instalaci\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 Municipal de Gesti\u00f3n de Playas Blue Flag para la temporada 2024-2025.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n que se realiz\u00f3 en la Sala de Cabildo, se ratific\u00f3 la voluntad del Gobierno Municipal, de continuar cumpliendo con los criterios internacionales de calidad, seguridad, higiene y gesti\u00f3n ambiental que exige el programa Blue Flag, con el objetivo de mantener este importante reconocimiento en Playa Norte y Playa Centro.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La alcaldesa isle\u00f1a, inform\u00f3 que esta iniciativa forma parte de las acciones estrat\u00e9gicas de la administraci\u00f3n, para consolidar a Isla Mujeres como un destino tur\u00edstico sustentable y sostenible, referente en el cuidado de sus recursos.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la reuni\u00f3n, se destacaron los logros obtenidos en la temporada pasada, en la que Isla Mujeres alcanz\u00f3 altos puntajes en la certificaci\u00f3n de sus playas, obteniendo Playa Norte un 95.42 y Playa Centro un 97.06.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asimismo, se resalt\u00f3 la importancia de mantener acciones de monitoreo ambiental, recolecci\u00f3n de residuos y educaci\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica, en coordinaci\u00f3n con concesionarios, instituciones acad\u00e9micas y la comunidad en general.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El comit\u00e9, tendr\u00e1 la responsabilidad de supervisar y coordinar las actividades necesarias para la conservaci\u00f3n de estos espacios, asegurando que cumplan con los est\u00e1ndares internacionales y fortaleciendo la imagen de Isla Mujeres como un destino tur\u00edstico de excelencia.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cabe destacar, que para mantener el distintivo Blue Flag, las playas de Isla Mujeres deben cumplir con 33 criterios, entre ellos est\u00e1ndares como la calidad del agua, seguridad, limpieza de los arenales, servicios, educaci\u00f3n
