Chetumal, Quintana Roo.- La Legislatura de la Justicia Social aprob\u00f3 reformas al C\u00f3digo Penal del Estado que buscan garantizar en todo momento el derecho a la movilidad y a la libre manifestaci\u00f3n del pueblo organizado, que con su voz buscan la protecci\u00f3n y garant\u00eda de derechos.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Con la reforma, el C\u00f3digo Penal queda en sinton\u00eda con el marco constitucional y convencional en materia de derechos humanos relacionado con la libre expresi\u00f3n y manifestaciones del pueblo quintanarroense.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

La acci\u00f3n legislativa tambi\u00e9n establece una nueva agravante para quien cometa el delito de homicidio o lesiones dolosas estando en ejercicio de sus labores relacionadas con la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio p\u00fablico o privado, en contra de personas mayores de 60 a\u00f1os, aumentando la pena en dos terceras partes.<\/span><\/p>

En la sesi\u00f3n ordinaria n\u00famero 18, se dio lectura a la iniciativa de la Ley de Expropiaci\u00f3n, Ocupaci\u00f3n Temporal y Limitaci\u00f3n de Dominio del Estado de Quintana Roo para brindar certeza jur\u00eddica a las y los propietarios, presentada por la gobernadora Mara Lezama Espinosa.<\/span><\/p>

Adem\u00e1s, se dio lectura a la iniciativa turnada por el Ayuntamiento de Playa del Carmen en la cual proponen incluir en la Ley de los Municipios del Estado la comisi\u00f3n edilicia De los Derechos de la Ni\u00f1ez y la Adolescencia, con el fin de sumar esfuerzos en promover, proteger y garantizar los derechos de la ni\u00f1ez y la adolescencia.<\/span><\/p>

Por otra parte, se ley\u00f3 la iniciativa presentada por el diputado Jos\u00e9 Luis Pech V\u00e1rguez para modificar la Ley de Movilidad del Estado con el objetivo de permitir el otorgamiento de licencias de conducir con vigencia permanente, sujetas a condiciones y evaluaci\u00f3n exhaustiva del solicitante.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
