El Cabildo de Playa del Carmen aprob\u00f3 hoy la minuta Proyecto de Decreto por el que se reforman y adicionan diversas disposiciones de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de Quintana Roo, que tiene como objetivo consolidar una sociedad quintanarroense plenamente igualitaria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el marco de la d\u00e9cima tercera sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de Cabildo, que estuvo encabezada por la presidenta municipal Estefan\u00eda Mercado, los integrantes del Cabildo dieron luz verde a la iniciativa que promueve la igualdad sustantiva, la justicia con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, el derecho de las mujeres a una vida libre de violencia y la erradicaci\u00f3n de la brecha salarial por razones de g\u00e9nero.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo anterior, permitir\u00e1 que Quintana Roo est\u00e9 alineado a la estrategia nacional, para que las leyes sean m\u00e1s justas en beneficio de las mujeres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n, la regidora Xelha Dehesa destac\u00f3 que esta iniciativa trasciende ideolog\u00edas, partidos y diferencias, ya que la igualdad sustantiva es un compromiso real de la primera mujer presidenta de M\u00e9xico, la doctora Claudia Sheinbaum.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEsta iniciativa representa un paso firme en la construcci\u00f3n de una sociedad m\u00e1s justa, en la que no s\u00f3lo se reconozcan los derechos en el papel, sino que existan acciones reales para reducir las brechas de desigualdad salarial\u201d, indic\u00f3 la
