2025.\u2014 M\u00e1s de 160 servidores p\u00fablicos municipales participaron en el Taller para la Evaluaci\u00f3n Socioecon\u00f3mica de Proyectos y Programas de Desarrollo de Infraestructura, impartido por especialistas de la Secretar\u00eda de Planeaci\u00f3n y Evaluaci\u00f3n, incluido su titular Rolando Mario M\u00e9ndez Navarro.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cPara el gobierno que encabeza la presidenta municipal Estefan\u00eda Mercado es prioridad que los funcionarios p\u00fablicos est\u00e9n capacitados, a fin de fortalecer la construcci\u00f3n de un mejor municipio\u201d, dijo el funcionario.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con la capacitaci\u00f3n de 68 horas, se establecieron las bases te\u00f3ricas y pr\u00e1cticas para identificar, cuantificar y valorar los costos y beneficios atribuibles a los proyectos del sector p\u00fablico.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esto permiti\u00f3, explic\u00f3 Rolando M\u00e9ndez, profesionalizar el trabajo de los servidores p\u00fablicos de las \u00e1reas encargadas de planificar obras, programas y proyectos municipales.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los servidores p\u00fablicos tuvieron la oportunidad de conocer los fundamentos para la evaluaci\u00f3n de proyectos, incluyendo los temas socioecon\u00f3micos y sociales; el an\u00e1lisis de casos pr\u00e1cticos en el sector p\u00fablico, as\u00ed como la elaboraci\u00f3n de programas de desarrollo de infraestructura espec\u00edfica.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El secretario M\u00e9ndez Navarro particip\u00f3 como capacitador, junto con su director de Planeaci\u00f3n de Proyectos de Inversi\u00f3n, Juventino Castillo
