2025.\u2014El municipio de Playa del Carmen avanza con paso firme hacia una ciudad m\u00e1s justa, accesible y humana. Gracias a una inversi\u00f3n sin precedentes de $177,967,020.18 pesos s\u00f3lo en el primer trimestre de 2025, la administraci\u00f3n encabezada por la presidenta municipal Estefan\u00eda Mercado consolida un modelo de infraestructura con sentido social, donde el espacio p\u00fablico se convierte en sin\u00f3nimo de bienestar.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este ambicioso programa de obras p\u00fablicas ha dado vida a calles pavimentadas, parques rehabilitados, pasos accesibles para personas con discapacidad, pozos de absorci\u00f3n para enfrentar las lluvias y m\u00faltiples mejoras en colonias como Cristo Rey, Ejido, Villas del Sol, Colosio y Puerto Aventuras.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e1s que cemento, estas acciones son una respuesta directa al mandato popular de recuperar lo que le pertenece al pueblo. Como ha expresado la presidenta Mercado: \u201cLa seguridad tambi\u00e9n nace en una cancha donde un joven encuentre su proyecto de vida, en una banca donde una abuelita pueda leer con tranquilidad, o en un espacio donde un ni\u00f1o o ni\u00f1a puedan so\u00f1ar sin miedo\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre las obras ya concluidas \u2014por m\u00e1s de 66 millones de pesos\u2014 destacan:<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Repavimentaciones clave en zonas de alta circulaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rehabilitaci\u00f3n de los parques Grullas, Rayadores y Leona Vicario.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Intervenciones integrales en Cristo Rey.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Construcci\u00f3n de pasos peatonales para personas con discapacidad.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Programa emergente de bacheo y desazolves estrat\u00e9gicos.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante abril se entregar\u00e1n nueve nuevas obras p\u00fablicas con una inversi\u00f3n superior a los 71 millones de pesos, y en julio se inaugurar\u00e1 el Arco monumental de acceso a la ciudad, con una inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 40 millones de pesos, proyectado como un \u00edcono del nuevo rostro de Playa del Carmen.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, ya se tienen m\u00e1s de 310 millones de pesos aprobados para el primer semestre de 2025, lo que confirma que la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se construye con dignidad, justicia territorial y espacios p\u00fablicos para todos.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La transformaci\u00f3n que vive Playa del Carmen es palpable. Se camina mejor, se convive m\u00e1s, se sue\u00f1a con mayor esperanza.
