2025.- Como parte del compromiso del Gobierno Municipal de Playa del Carmen con la mejora de la infraestructura vial y el bienestar ciudadano, la presidenta municipal Estefan\u00eda Mercado anunci\u00f3 el inicio de un ambicioso programa de obras p\u00fablicas en Puerto Aventuras, con una inversi\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica en Quintana Roo de $23,980,818.24 pesos, la m\u00e1s alta en pavimentaci\u00f3n que se haya realizado en esta localidad.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El proyecto contempla la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de 8 vialidades clave, sumando un total de 17,934.97 metros cuadrados de carpeta asf\u00e1ltica de 5 cent\u00edmetros de espesor, ideal para mejorar la movilidad urbana y garantizar una mayor durabilidad en beneficio de la comunidad. Tambi\u00e9n se contempla la aplicaci\u00f3n de 4,800 metros lineales de pintura vial, para reforzar la seguridad vial en zonas de alta circulaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las calles que ser\u00e1n intervenidas se localizan en puntos estrat\u00e9gicos de Puerto Aventuras, Quintana Roo, e incluyen:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Calzada Puerto Maya (en diversos tramos)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avenida Calzada del Sol<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Circuito de las Especies<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Calle Chaca<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Calle Ciricote<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Calle Chicozapote<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Calle Xiat<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estas obras beneficiar\u00e1n directamente a 22,878 habitantes, impactando de forma positiva en su movilidad cotidiana y fortaleciendo el tejido social a trav\u00e9s de vialidades dignas, funcionales y seguras.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cSabemos que una ciudad se transforma desde sus calles. Esta es una inversi\u00f3n sin precedentes en Puerto Aventuras, y responde a una demanda leg\u00edtima de nuestra gente.
