Isla Mujeres, Quintana Roo a 7 de mayo 2025.- La Presidenta Municipal de Isla Mujeres, Atenea G\u00f3mez Ricalde, realiz\u00f3 un recorrido en el Centro de Bienestar Animal de Isla Mujeres, en donde anunci\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n del Pet Park, un servicio m\u00e1s que ofrecer\u00e1 este espacio que impulsa el bienestar de los lomitos y michis.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Durante su visita, la alcaldesa reafirm\u00f3 que su administraci\u00f3n trabaja por una Isla Mujeres m\u00e1s humana y solidaria, donde se promueva el bienestar animal como una prioridad.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Destac\u00f3 que el Centro de Bienestar Animal no solo ser\u00e1 un espacio digno para la atenci\u00f3n, resguardo y cuidado de perros y gatos en situaci\u00f3n de abandono, sino tambi\u00e9n un punto de encuentro para fomentar la cultura de la adopci\u00f3n, la esterilizaci\u00f3n responsable y el respeto hacia los animales.<\/span><\/p>

La obra comprende trabajos como la construcci\u00f3n de un murete el\u00e9ctrico, la conexi\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica al mismo y la edificaci\u00f3n de una banqueta en el exterior, lo que garantizar\u00e1 la seguridad y funcionalidad del centro.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Durante el recorrido, la Presidenta Municipal record\u00f3 que hoy es el \u00faltimo d\u00eda para presentar proyectos y propuestas para el mural que ser\u00e1 pintado en la fachada principal del Centro de Bienestar Animal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Invit\u00f3 a las y los ciudadanos, artistas y colectivos a sumarse a esta convocatoria que busca reflejar, a trav\u00e9s del arte, los valores de empat\u00eda, respeto y protecci\u00f3n hacia los animales.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Atenea G\u00f3mez, reiter\u00f3 que su gobierno sigue construyendo un Isla Mujeres donde todas las vidas importan, con pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas centradas en el bienestar, la inclusi\u00f3n y la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana.<\/span><\/p>
