2025.\u2014 El Gobierno Municipal de Playa del Carmen, encabezado por la presidenta Estefan\u00eda Mercado, dio inicio a una obra de repavimentaci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica en la Colonia Centro, con una inversi\u00f3n cercana a los 16 millones de pesos, beneficiando directamente a m\u00e1s de 12,800 habitantes que transitan diariamente por esta zona emblem\u00e1tica de la ciudad.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante el arranque de los trabajos en la calle 2 Norte bis con 45, la alcaldesa subray\u00f3 que esta acci\u00f3n forma parte de una visi\u00f3n integral de movilidad urbana, seguridad vial y bienestar colectivo:<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEste proyecto no es solo pavimento, es un compromiso cumplido con nuestra comunidad. Una muestra de que, cuando el dinero del pueblo se usa con honestidad, alcanza para transformar realidades\u201d, expres\u00f3 Estefan\u00eda Mercado.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La obra contempla el escarificado de la carpeta asf\u00e1ltica existente, la nivelaci\u00f3n y compactaci\u00f3n de terracer\u00edas, y la colocaci\u00f3n de carpeta asf\u00e1ltica de 7 cm de espesor, garantizando vialidades m\u00e1s funcionales y seguras para peatones, ciclistas y automovilistas.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los trabajos abarcan tres vialidades clave del coraz\u00f3n de Playa del Carmen:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Calle 2 Norte (de Av. 10 a Av. 30)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Calle 2 Norte Bis (de Av. 30 a Carretera Federal)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Calle 6 Norte (de Av. 30 a Carretera Federal)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En total se intervendr\u00e1n 10,793.87 m\u00b2 de superficie vial, adem\u00e1s de la aplicaci\u00f3n de 1,205.86 metros lineales de pintura termopl\u00e1stica en guarniciones y la instalaci\u00f3n de se\u00f1alamientos horizontales y verticales, todo financiado con recursos 100% municipales.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este esfuerzo forma parte del compromiso de la administraci\u00f3n municipal de responder con hechos a las demandas m\u00e1s sentidas de la ciudadan\u00eda, priorizando obras que incidan directamente en la calidad de vida.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cSabemos que estas obras pueden generar molestias temporales, pero los beneficios ser\u00e1n duraderos y transformadores para toda la comunidad\u201d, afirm\u00f3 la presidenta municipal.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span
