\u2014 En un acto firme en defensa de los derechos de la ciudadan\u00eda, el Ayuntamiento de Playa del Carmen, encabezado por la presidenta municipal Estefan\u00eda Mercado, aprob\u00f3 en la D\u00e9cima S\u00e9ptima Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria de Cabildo un exhorto a empresas de servicios y constructoras para que cumplan con la reparaci\u00f3n adecuada de vialidades, banquetas y registros afectados por sus obras.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La alcaldesa subray\u00f3 que este acuerdo responde al clamor ciudadano por vialidades seguras y en buen estado, y reafirma el compromiso de su gobierno con la responsabilidad social y fiscal de todas las empresas que intervienen en el espacio p\u00fablico.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cLos sectores m\u00e1s vulnerables son los m\u00e1s afectados cuando una banqueta mal reparada pone en riesgo su seguridad. Las empresas no pueden seguir actuando sin asumir su responsabilidad con la gente\u201d, expres\u00f3 Estefan\u00eda Mercado.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Cabildo aprob\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n la autorizaci\u00f3n para que la presidenta municipal y el tesorero Javier Regalado firmen convenios con la CFE para mejorar la recaudaci\u00f3n y aplicaci\u00f3n del Derecho de Alumbrado P\u00fablico (DAP). Este acuerdo tendr\u00e1 vigencia hasta el 29 de septiembre de 2027, con posibilidad de pr\u00f3rroga de 30 d\u00edas.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exhorto con firmeza y reglas claras<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El exhorto aprobado por el Cabildo incluye puntos espec\u00edficos para que las empresas:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Garanticen la correcta nivelaci\u00f3n de tapas y registros<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cumplan las normas t\u00e9cnicas de obra p\u00fablica<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se coordinen con la Secretar\u00eda de Infraestructura y Obras P\u00fablicas<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corrijan sin costo cualquier reparaci\u00f3n deficiente<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta acci\u00f3n se enmarca dentro de una pol\u00edtica de ordenamiento urbano que busca embellecer la ciudad y garantizar la seguridad peatonal y vial, atendiendo directamente las quejas recurrentes de la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mesas de trabajo con seguimiento real<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los regidores y el s\u00edndico coincidieron en que este acuerdo debe ir acompa\u00f1ado de seguimiento constante. Por ello, se anunci\u00f3 la realizaci\u00f3n de una tercera mesa de trabajo con empresas el pr\u00f3ximo 10 de junio, donde se evaluar\u00e1n avances y se reforzar\u00e1 el compromiso con el orden y la mejora del entorno urbano.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reconocimiento a las ra\u00edces playenses<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante la misma sesi\u00f3n, la regidora Anahiza Quiam present\u00f3 una iniciativa para declarar como patrimonio cultural intangible del Estado de Quintana Roo a la tradicional fiesta patronal en honor a la Virgen del Carmen, celebraci\u00f3n con m\u00e1s de 60 a\u00f1os de historia y profunda identidad entre las familias de Playa del
