Canc\u00fan, Q. R., a 03 de septiembre de 2025.-<\/b> La Presidenta Municipal, Ana Paty Peralta, supervis\u00f3 la rehabilitaci\u00f3n integral de la Calle 36, entre la avenida Ixtepec y la Calle 159, en la Supermanzana 103, con la finalidad de constatar los progresos y asegurarse que los trabajos se realicen con calidad y transparencia.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u201cHace m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os que no se interven\u00eda esta calle, pero hoy estamos saldando deudas hist\u00f3ricas y transformando nuestra ciudad\u201d, coment\u00f3 la Alcaldesa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Adem\u00e1s, enfatiz\u00f3 que este gobierno se alinear\u00e1 al Plan Nacional de la Presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, para convertir esta y otras calles en \u201cSenderos Seguros\u201d, donde mujeres, ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os puedan transitar con libertad y seguridad, gracias a mejoras en la infraestructura urbana.<\/span><\/p>

A su vez, la secretaria municipal de Obras P\u00fablicas y Servicios, Samantha Hern\u00e1ndez Carde\u00f1a, detall\u00f3 que este proyecto que se realiza con recursos del Fondo de Aportaciones para la Infraestructura Social Municipal (FAISMUN), contempla un avance general del 24%, en el cual incluye 24% en rehabilitaci\u00f3n de pavimento, 1.5% en guarniciones, banquetas y rampa, y 2% en luminarias.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Durante este recorrido, la Alcaldesa tambi\u00e9n cont\u00f3 con el respaldo del contralor municipal, Hilario Timoteo Guti\u00e9rrez Valasis; el tesorero municipal, Jos\u00e9 Alan Herrera Borges; y los integrantes del comit\u00e9 de obra, quienes reafirmaron su compromiso de vigilar los procesos constructivos.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
