Canc\u00fan.- En el marco de la celebraci\u00f3n del 25 aniversario de la creaci\u00f3n de la Universidad del Caribe (UNICARIBE) Canc\u00fan, las y los alumnos de la carrera de Gastronom\u00eda prepararon la torta de cochinita m\u00e1s larga, de 300 metros, con el que esperan romper el r\u00e9cord Guinness.<\/span><\/p>

La gobernadora Mara Lezama celebr\u00f3 este hecho: \u201choy es un gran d\u00eda porque vamos a romper el r\u00e9cord Guinness con la torta de cochinita m\u00e1s larga, son 300 metros, ellas y ellos son 150 estudiantes con el chef Guillermo \u00c1lvarez\u201d afirm\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>

Para su elaboraci\u00f3n se requirieron 580 kilos de carne, 1,100 piezas de pan, 120 kilos de cebolla y 13 kilos de chile habanero, entre otros ingredientes.<\/span><\/p>

\u201cHoy nos da mucho gusto estar aqu\u00ed en esta gran Universidad, en su 25 aniversario.
