Isla Mujeres, Quintana Roo, 9 de octubre de 2025.- En un acto de reconocimiento a quienes contribuyen al desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y cultural del municipio a trav\u00e9s de la actividad pesquera, el Gobierno de Isla Mujeres, encabezado por la Presidenta Municipal, Atenea G\u00f3mez Ricalde, llev\u00f3 a cabo la conmemoraci\u00f3n del XXVI \u201cD\u00eda del Pescador\u201d.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

La ceremonia inici\u00f3 con la tradicional ofrenda floral en la bah\u00eda, desde el Muelle del Restaurante \u201cLa Playita\u201d, en la que participaron autoridades municipales, federales y estatales, as\u00ed como representantes de las cooperativas pesqueras y familiares de pescadores.<\/span><\/p>

La Presidenta Municipal, reafirm\u00f3 el compromiso de la administraci\u00f3n municipal con el sector pesquero y sus familias.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Hoy rendimos homenaje a quienes d\u00eda a d\u00eda enfrentan el mar con valent\u00eda, esfuerzo y dedicaci\u00f3n. Reconocemos su labor fundamental para nuestra isla\u201d, destac\u00f3 Atenea G\u00f3mez Ricalde.<\/span><\/p>

Posteriormente, se realiz\u00f3 la ceremonia oficial en el Monumento al Pescador, donde se devel\u00f3 una placa conmemorativa que honr\u00f3 a los pescadores que han perdido la vida en cumplimiento de sus labores.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

El evento cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de autoridades de la Secretar\u00eda de Marina, la Capitan\u00eda de Puerto, as\u00ed como representantes de la Federaci\u00f3n de Cooperativas Pesqueras del Estado. Como parte de esta conmemoraci\u00f3n, se entregaron kits completos a los pescadores.<\/span><\/p>

Con estas acciones, el Gobierno Municipal reafirma su compromiso de promover la actividad pesquera, preservar las tradiciones locales y reconocer a quienes, con esfuerzo y dedicaci\u00f3n, contribuyen al desarrollo sostenible de Isla Mujeres.<\/span><\/p>
