Isla Mujeres, Quintana Roo, 14 de octubre de 2025. – El Gobierno de Isla Mujeres, encabezado por la Presidenta Municipal, Atenea G\u00f3mez Ricalde, reafirma su compromiso con la protecci\u00f3n y el bienestar de los animales, por ello a trav\u00e9s del Centro de Bienestar y Control Animal se promueve la denuncia formal de cualquier caso de maltrato.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

El Gobierno Municipal recuerda que todas las denuncias se reciben en los canales oficiales del Centro, mediante el n\u00famero telef\u00f3nico y WhatsApp 998 350 7744, as\u00ed como de manera presencial en las oficinas ubicadas en la carretera a Garraf\u00f3n, cerca de Punta Sur, o en la ventanilla de la Direcci\u00f3n de Medio Ambiente, en los bajos del Palacio Municipal.<\/span><\/p>

La directora de Medio Ambiente y Ecolog\u00eda, Yanet Ruiz Noh, explic\u00f3 que para realizar una denuncia se solicitan los datos del denunciante como nombre, direcci\u00f3n y tel\u00e9fono, aunque tambi\u00e9n puede hacerse de forma an\u00f3nima.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Agreg\u00f3 que es importante incluir una breve descripci\u00f3n de los hechos y, de ser posible, evidencias como fotograf\u00edas o videos, adem\u00e1s de los datos de la persona presuntamente responsable.<\/span><\/p>

\u201cSi la gente sabe de alg\u00fan caso de maltrato animal, es importante que no se queden callados y denuncien por las v\u00edas adecuadas\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Una vez recibida la denuncia, se abre un expediente y se env\u00eda a los inspectores municipales para atender el caso, siempre respetando los protocolos y evitando que la ciudadan\u00eda act\u00fae por cuenta propia o ingrese a propiedades privadas.<\/span><\/p>
