Isla Mujeres, Quintana Roo, 2 de febrero de 2026.- Con el objetivo de fortalecer la coordinaci\u00f3n institucional en materia de seguridad y construcci\u00f3n de paz en Isla Mujeres, la Presidenta Municipal, Atenea G\u00f3mez Ricalde, sostuvo una reuni\u00f3n de trabajo con el Vicealmirante Cuerpo General, Diplomado de Estado Mayor, D.E.M. Jos\u00e9 Daniel Res\u00e9ndiz Sandoval, Comandante de la Quinta Regi\u00f3n Naval.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Durante este encuentro, la alcaldesa isle\u00f1a destac\u00f3 la importancia del trabajo conjunto entre los tres \u00f3rdenes de Gobierno y las Fuerzas Armadas para mantener la paz, el orden y la tranquilidad que distinguen a Isla Mujeres.<\/span><\/p>

Destac\u00f3 que la seguridad es una prioridad permanente de su administraci\u00f3n para el bienestar de las familias isle\u00f1as y fortalecer la confianza de los miles de turistas que visitan diariamente el destino.<\/span><\/p>

Atenea G\u00f3mez, reconoci\u00f3 la labor que realiza la Secretar\u00eda de Marina a trav\u00e9s de la Quinta Regi\u00f3n Naval, as\u00ed como el compromiso de sus mandos y elementos para salvaguardar la seguridad mar\u00edtima y territorial, y reiter\u00f3 la disposici\u00f3n del Ayuntamiento para continuar sumando esfuerzos de manera coordinada, responsable y cercana a la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>
