Canc\u00fan, Q. Roo., 30 de enero de 2026.- Elementos de la Secretar\u00eda Municipal de Seguridad Ciudadana y Tr\u00e1nsito (SMSCyT) detuvieron a un hombre por su presunta responsabilidad en el delito de encubrimiento por receptaci\u00f3n, al circular a bordo de una motocicleta con reporte de robo.<\/span><\/p>

Durante recorridos de prevenci\u00f3n y vigilancia en inmediaciones de la Supermanzana 249, los agentes de la corporaci\u00f3n observaron una motocicleta colores gris y negro, sin placa de circulaci\u00f3n, que era conducida de manera negligente. Al intervenir para indicarle al conductor que estaba poniendo en riesgo su integridad y la de terceros, los oficiales verificaron el estatus del veh\u00edculo, marca Italika, tipo DM 150, resultando con reporte de robo.<\/span><\/p>

Por lo anterior, y al no poder acreditar la propiedad de la unidad motriz, Jos\u00e9 \u00c1ngel \u201cN\u201d, de 25 a\u00f1os, fue detenido y puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado para los fines legales correspondientes.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
