Canc\u00fan, Quintana Roo, 28 de enero de 2026.\u2013 Elementos de la Secretar\u00eda Municipal de Seguridad Ciudadana y Tr\u00e1nsito (SMSCyT) detuvieron a Nicol\u00e1s \u201cN\u201d, de 33 a\u00f1os de edad, por su presunta responsabilidad en el delito de encubrimiento, al circular en un veh\u00edculo con reporte de robo.<\/span><\/p>

Los hechos ocurrieron en recorridos de prevenci\u00f3n y vigilancia, cuando a trav\u00e9s del sistema C-5 los oficiales recibieron un reporte que alertaba sobre la circulaci\u00f3n de un veh\u00edculo con reporte de robo en las inmediaciones de la Supermanzana 98. Posteriormente, los elementos localizaron un autom\u00f3vil que coincid\u00eda con las caracter\u00edsticas descritas.<\/span><\/p>

Ante ello, los oficiales le marcaron el alto al conductor y, tras verificar el estatus del veh\u00edculo, se confirm\u00f3 que se trataba de un Nissan Altima, color rojo, con reporte de robo vigente de fecha 26 de enero de 2026.<\/span><\/p>

Por lo anterior, el sujeto fue detenido y el veh\u00edculo asegurado, quedando ambos a disposici\u00f3n de las autoridades competentes para los tr\u00e1mites legales correspondientes conforme a la ley.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
