Isla Mujeres, Quintana Roo, 5 de marzo de 2026.\u2013 Como resultado del trabajo coordinado entre el Gobierno Municipal que encabeza la alcaldesa Atenea G\u00f3mez Ricalde y la iniciativa privada, se fortaleci\u00f3 la capacidad de respuesta ante emergencias en Costa Mujeres con la donaci\u00f3n de un carro bomba por parte de Grupo Palladium, el cual se integrar\u00e1 a la nueva Estaci\u00f3n de Protecci\u00f3n Civil y Bomberos, ubicada en Punta Sam.<\/span><\/p>

La unidad, est\u00e1 equipada con bomba contra incendios marca HALE, sistema de presi\u00f3n, carrete con manguera de ataque r\u00e1pido y conexiones para mangueras, lo que permitir\u00e1 responder con mayor rapidez y eficacia; adem\u00e1s, se entreg\u00f3 mobiliario y equipamiento para la nueva base de protecci\u00f3n civil y bomberos, buscando mejorar las condiciones de trabajo del personal operativo.<\/span><\/p>

Durante el evento, Atenea G\u00f3mez destac\u00f3 que esta donaci\u00f3n es reflejo de la confianza que existe entre el sector empresarial y el Gobierno Municipal, al se\u00f1alar que hoy los empresarios no solo contribuyen con el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones e impuestos, sino que tambi\u00e9n se suman con hechos y corresponsabilidad, al ver las obras transformadoras que se han realizado en Costa Mujeres, como el nuevo Centro de Control y Comando C2.<\/span><\/p>
