Chetumal, Q. Roo 9 de agosto. \u2013 En gira de trabajo con el gobernador del estado de Quintana Roo, Carlos Joaqu\u00edn Gonz\u00e1lez, la presidenta municipal de Oth\u00f3n P. Blanco, Yensunni Mart\u00ednez Hern\u00e1ndez, atestigu\u00f3 la entrega de t\u00edtulos de propiedad del \u201cprograma acciones para la vivienda digna\u201d, implementado a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Territorial Urbano Sustentable.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

En este sentido, la alcaldesa se\u00f1al\u00f3 la importancia de dicho acto, pues las y los beneficiarios, con el programa a bajo costo o gratuitos, las familias podr\u00e1n contar con mayor certidumbre legal por sus propiedades que con mucho esfuerzo han conseguido, para el bienestar de sus familias.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

El gobernador del estado, Carlos Joaqu\u00edn, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en conjunto con el poder legislativo, pudieron poner en marcha el programa que contempla el apoyo de manera gratuita o costos muy bajos, para la regularizaci\u00f3n de sus predios y posteriormente la entrega de sus t\u00edtulos que brindar\u00e1n confianza y certeza jur\u00eddica.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Finalmente, el secretario de SEDETUS, Carlos R\u00edos Castellanos, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que hoy se entregaron 120 t\u00edtulos de 900 que se han sido adjudicados a lo largo de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica estatal, puesto que ha sido una gran preocupaci\u00f3n del ejecutivo, as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n, una petici\u00f3n muy recurrente en las audiencias p\u00fablicas.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
