Isla Mujeres, Quintana Roo, 20 de julio de 2022.- Para fortalecer y dignificar el trabajo que realiza el personal del Grupo Especializado en la Atenci\u00f3n de la Violencia Familiar y de G\u00e9nero (GEAVIG), la presidente municipal de Isla Mujeres, Atenea G\u00f3mez Ricalde, entreg\u00f3 uniformes y equipos nuevos a sus elementos.<\/span><\/p>

Al respecto, la encargada de despacho del\u00a0 Geavig, Brisa Sarah\u00ed Dur\u00e1n Beltr\u00e1n, explic\u00f3 que la alcaldesa entreg\u00f3 15 equipos consistentes en playeras, l\u00e1mparas y tarjetas de memoria a favor de seis elementos adscritos al grupo GEAVIG. La entrega se realiz\u00f3 en las instalaciones del Centro Comunitario de la col\u00f3 La Gloria.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Con la entrega de los equipos nuevos los elementos del Geavig podr\u00e1n mejorar su operatividad y capacidad de respuesta con acciones concretas de prevenci\u00f3n y combate a la violencia hacia las mujeres. Dur\u00e1n Beltr\u00e1n refiri\u00f3 que se atienden entre uno y dos casos diarios de violencia familiar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Para finalizar, Dur\u00e1n Beltr\u00e1n, hizo un llamado a las mujeres que sufren violencia familiar a acudir de inmediato a las instalaciones del Geavig ubicadas en la direcci\u00f3n general de Seguridad P\u00fablica y Tr\u00e1nsito o llamar al 911 con el fin de ser atendidas y darles el acompa\u00f1amiento y asesor\u00eda que requieren por parte de personal especializado.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
