2022.- Continuando con el programa de actividades art\u00edstico- culturales con motivo del 172 Aniversario de la Fundaci\u00f3n de Isla Mujeres,\u00a0 se llev\u00f3 a cabo el Primer Festival del Ceviche \u00abEl Cangrejito Playero\u00bb y el Primer Concurso del C\u00f3ctel Isle\u00f1o \u00abMike Moreno 2022\u00bb en la Explanada Municipal.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el concurso del ceviche el primer lugar lo obtuvo Yohel Salazar Delgado, el segundo Rams\u00e9s Ram\u00edrez Casta\u00f1eda y el tercero Diego Mart\u00edn Rosado Maldonado.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mientras que los triunfadores en la elaboraci\u00f3n del mejor c\u00f3ctel fueron Ana Karen Paz Pineda al obtener el primer lugar,\u00a0 Andr\u00e9s Silva Mart\u00edn, el segundo lugar y Ram\u00f3n Alfredo Canch\u00e9 Ek, el tercero.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De esta forma,\u00a0 se dedic\u00f3 un d\u00eda del extenso programa de actividades a los prestadores de servicios tur\u00edsticos quienes participaron exitosamente en la elaboraci\u00f3n de ceviches y c\u00f3cteles representativos de la isla.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como se recordar\u00e1 para la alcaldesa,\u00a0 Atenea G\u00f3mez Ricalde,\u00a0 preservar la gastronom\u00eda local es fundamental para mantener las tradiciones y costumbres de la isla.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por lo anterior,\u00a0 prestadores de servicios tur\u00edsticos, hoteleros,\u00a0 restauranteros y todas y todos los isle\u00f1os interesados en la gastronom\u00eda participaron en la elaboraci\u00f3n del ceviche y preparaci\u00f3n del c\u00f3ctel m\u00e1s original de la isla.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las recetas ganadoras de ambas categor\u00edas formar\u00e1n parte del Primer Recetario
